Just Another Pawn Media (“JAP Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Texas limited liability company based in New Braunfels, Texas. We provide video production, organic social media management, creative content, and digital marketing strategy to businesses, primarily in New Braunfels, Austin, San Antonio, and surrounding Texas markets.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through https://justanotherpawnmedia.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers visitors, people who book a consultation, people who download a lead magnet, and clients. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site or send us personal information.

2. Information we collect
We collect information you give us and information collected automatically. Information you provide: • Name, email address, phone number, and business name • City or service area • Details you type into a form, email, text, or strategy-call notes • Preferred call time and timezone when you book through SavvyCal • Files, brand assets, login credentials you choose to share after becoming a client • Payment and billing details when you hire us (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on the Site)
Information collected automatically: • IP address, browser type, device type, operating system • Pages viewed, buttons clicked, referring URL, and approximate location • Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies used by the Site and our tools. We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers or bank account numbers through the public Site.
3. How we use information
We use information to: • Schedule and run the free 30-minute strategy call • Deliver lead magnets such as checklists • Respond to inquiries and prepare proposals • Perform contracted video, social, and strategy work • Improve the Site and our services • Send service emails, appointment reminders, and — if you opt in — occasional updates • Protect the business against fraud, abuse, or legal claims • Comply with law. 4. Scheduling, forms, and third-party tools
The Site is built on Framer. Appointment booking uses SavvyCal at https://savvycal.com/japmedia/strategy. When you book a call, SavvyCal collects the information needed to reserve the time and send confirmations. SavvyCal’s own privacy terms also apply to that booking flow. We may also use email tools, cloud storage, invoicing or payment processors, analytics, and social platforms to operate the business. Those providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site may use cookies or similar tools to remember preferences, understand which pages work, and measure visits. You can block cookies in your browser. Some Site features may not work as well if you do.
6. When we share information
We share information only: • With vendors who help us run the Site, calendar, email, storage, or payments • With a client’s approved collaborators when the client asks us to • If required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property • In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of the business. Inquiry and booking data is kept as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable business record period. Client files are kept for the life of the engagement and for a commercially reasonable period after, unless a contract or law requires longer or shorter retention. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No website or email system is 100% secure. Please do not send passwords or sensitive financial data through unsecured forms.
9. Children’s privacy
